Our Initiatives

Our founder, Dr. Kenneth Wang, was an innovator and an avid tinkerer. Alvanon is just one of his many creations. Dr. Wang played around with ideas, built a scanner, built all sorts of machines, discovered new formulas for dyes and fabrics.

His philosophy was that all you can do is EVOLVE.

Every year since the early 90s, Dr. Wang incubated special projects in his company to promote creative thinking. Graduates and employees were tasked to find specific niche projects that could be turned into working prototypes and advance processes. What emerged from these “innovation projects” has evolved into many of the theories used at Alvanon today.
