Alvanon is proud to announce Morgan Hilliard from the University of Delaware as our Half-Scale challenge winner!

Morgan recently graduated from the University of Delaware where she studied Apparel Design & Fashion History. Her half-scale challenge design was an extension of her senior collection titled, “Thermochroma”, which was inspired by the scenic views of Yellowstone National Park. Morgan used her own personal photography of the park and turned them into engineered prints to create the fabric for her designs. The collection was made from organic cotton sateen, using digital printing techniques which uses much less water, energy, and resources than traditional methods, providing a more sustainable way to produce the collection.
