Alvanon.com is owned and operated by Alvanon, Inc. with its principal address located at 145 West 30th Street, Suite 1000, New York, NY USA (also referred to as “We” and “Our”).
We collect two types of information about our Users:
a) Personally Identifiable Information is information that identifies a specific User. We collect information from you when you provide us with additional User Information to download materials, make a transaction, fill out a form, or enter any other information through our Services.
b) Non-Personally Identifiable Information is information that does not identify a specific End User. This type of information may include things like the Uniform Resource Locator (“URL”) of the website you visited before logging on to our Platform, the URL of the website you visit after leaving our Platform, the type of browser you are using and your Internet Protocol (“IP”) address.

We use Non-Personally Identifiable Information to troubleshoot, administer the Platform, analyze trends and statistics, gather demographic information, comply with applicable law, and cooperate with law enforcement activities. We may also share this information with our authorized Third-Party Service Providers and Advertisers to measure the overall effectiveness of our online advertising, content, and programming.

We do not knowingly collect or solicit personal information from anyone under the age of 13 or knowingly allow such persons to register for any Alvanon Services. By using and accessing our Services, you consent to the transfer to, and processing of, Personally Identifiable Information on servers located outside of the country where you are located, and that the protection of such information may be different than required under the laws of your location.
