Executive Director, ConsultingDon Howard has over 30 years’ experience in apparel retail, design and manufacturing . He joined Alvanon in 2010 as a consultant and was named Executive Director in 2013 to head its global team of consumer insight and business strategists.
Christina Onusko
Director, Block & Grading ServiceChris Onusko has over 25 years of experience in the apparel industry. With the heart of a teacher, she has a passion for training. At Alvanon, Chris shares her expertise in technical design, manufacturing and product development with global brands at both strategic and tactical levels. She works with clients to establish technical fit standards and tools as the foundation of their product development process for optimum results.
Kimberly Wick
Senior Technical Consultant, Blocks and GradingKim has been a pattern maker working in product development for 20+ years. She also has extensive and relevant experience in grading, technical design and size and fit analysis. Digital Product Creation in the Real World 2023
Expectations for 3D are very high, with many organizations having aggressive Digital Product Creation (DPC) goals. The challenges of fit approval in 3D are often overlooked and under-appreciated.
This Alvanon workshop series is intended to provide a candid overview of the common topics and challenges in DPC and how to work effectively in 3D. The sessions are designed to be interactive, highlighting best practices and solving problems in collaboration with industry peers.

What are the Alvanon Workshops all about?
This one-and-a-half day (Day 1: afternoon session, Day 2: morning and afternoon sessions) workshop address the realities of working with apparel product in 3D.
Who are they for?
Product Developers, Technical Designers and Designers who are or will be tasked with digital product creation at the fit approval level.
Workshops are catered: Day 1 will feature small bites and snacks during and a networking happy hour following the afternoon session. On Day 2, breakfast and lunch will be provided before and during.
