Agenda
What are the Alvanon Workshops all about?
This one-and-a-half day (Day 1: afternoon session, Day 2: morning and afternoon sessions) workshop address the realities of developing sizing strategies that are more inclusive.
Who are they for?
Product Developers, Technical Designers, and Designers of all skill levels. This course is intended for anyone – product sizing, design, and marketing – with the brand goal of making their product more inclusive.
Workshops are catered: Day 1 will feature small bites and snacks during and a happy hour following the afternoon session. On Day 2, a breakfast and lunch will be provided before and during.
Half Day Session: Decoding Sizing for Today's Inclusive World
The first part of this workshop is a half-day session addressing the reality that in today’s more inclusive world, it’s not just about ‘regular’ sizes anymore. Sizing strategies need to evolve to better fit a broader more diverse, global consumer base. Clothing should fit no matter the consumer’s size – short, tall, curvy, straight, big, small, non-gender specific, athletic, or every-day. This sizing and fit challenge is becoming more relevant every day.
