Global Consultant

Lorraine Reynolds joined Alvanon in 2022. Her career in garment fit, design, and construction for apparel manufacturing, film and theatre spans over 25 years. She has guided numerous technical design teams through challenging transitions and real-world obstacles, fostering growth and development. She has worked with brands of all sizes, from start-ups to the large mass retailers. Her industry experience is incredibly diverse: from fitting olympic athletes to flight attendants, from down parkas to intimate apparel. Known for pushing boundaries and her out-of-the-box thinking, Lorraine consistently introduces sustainability, innovation, and fresh perspectives into the apparel product development process.

Senior Technical Consultant, Blocks and Grading

Kim has been a pattern maker working in product development for 20+ years. She also has extensive and relevant experience in grading, technical design and size and fit analysis. Her opportunities to work alongside and for some of the greats in fashion have taught her to take a versatile and innovative approach to creating patterns with precision and achieving optimal fit.
