Senior Sales Manager
Description
The Senior Sales Manager will pursue new business opportunities and work alongside our team of Sales Directors to answer inquiries from existing customers. The ideal candidate is an excellent relationship-builder who possesses strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. As much as 75% of interactions are with existing relationships and warm leads. This position reports to the Executive Director, Americas.
Responsibilities
- Respond to New Business sales inquiries.
- Support Sales Directors and Consultants to qualify and grow new opportunities.
- Utilize CRM and other tools to uncover sales opportunities with existing customers and new prospects.
- Track prospects and sales activities in CRM (Pipedrive)
- Collaborate and coordinate with the customer-facing team (Sales Directors, Sales Administrators, Customer Service) to develop and execute any selling campaigns.
- Coordinate requests for Purchase Agreements with Sales Administrator team.
Requirements
- 5+ years professional experience in a customer-facing role.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Knowledge of Apparel development cycle.
Desired Skills
- Experience in sales, sales analysis, and business development, preferably in a B2B environment.
- Proficiency in using CRM software (e.g., Pipedrive, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
