Technical Consultant - Minnesota

We are looking for a Technical Consultant based in Minnesota.
The successful candidate will work with our clients and sales team to identify appropriate consulting opportunities from new and existing clients. He/she will uncover needs/ challenges with those clients and, in collaboration with others on our consulting team, develop practical, actionable and appropriate business solutions for the clients.
The successful candidate will have extensive experience in apparel/fashion, especially in the technical areas of patternmaking and garment grade development. He/she will also have served in a leadership capacity in one, or preferably more, of the additional following disciplines: technical design/production/sourcing/manufacturing, quality control. They will also have experience engaging with and presenting to executives within industry.
They will be responsible for meeting with and scoping project work with prospective clients, development formal engagement letters and, once engaged, collaborate internally to develop expert observations, recommendations, business solutions, and be able to facilitate/assist with the implementation of those solutions. By articulating the value proposition of the company, they will help executives realize the financial benefits and transformational value to their business offered by a relationship with our company.
Work with our sales team to identify opportunities/needs with new and existing clients
Meet with prospective clients to determine/understand their needs/challenges and be able to articulate the company’s capabilities and potential solutions
Gain understanding of prospect’s organization, processes, business strategies, product or service offerings and decision-making structures
Anticipate, recognize and be able to address client concerns
Work collaboratively with the company’s consulting team to define the approach and strategy for achieving client objectives
Partner with relevant team members to create client engagement letters
Develop and present expert observations and recommendations designed to address the clients challenges/needs
Articulate to clients the benefits of the project management approach and educate them about new ideas and new ways of thinking
Communicate the status of projects internally, clearly articulate next steps and discuss potential issues with the consulting team in weekly meeting
Extensive pattern making and grading experience, with expertise using pattern making software
Minimum of 5+ years of mid to senior level leadership experience in an apparel/fashion brand or retailer
Track record of achieving KPI’s
Comprehensive knowledge of all facets of the apparel development process, with a focus on technical knowledge
Solid financial, business and industry insights
Well organized and methodical; a broad thinker, but one committed to developing data driven business solutions.
Proven ability to create compelling written collateral in a concise manner
Self-motivated with strong communication and presentations kills

Copywriter / PR Communications - New York
We are looking for a Copywriter to join and be an integral part of our dynamic Communications team!
Directly supporting our Marketing Manager, as well as Communications Director on an as needed basis. The ideal candidate would have a great attitude and passion for copywriting and is able to function in a fast paced, high energy environment and have strong interest in Digital and E-Commerce.
As a copywriter you will research, write and edit copy for digital / social channels, presentations, marketing material, print collateral/ads. The ideal candidate will not only write copy, but brainstorm ideas, create concepts, and develop messaging with the communications team.
• Bachelors Degree in Journalism, English or Communications preferred.
• 3-5 years professional copywriting/editorial experience (solid portfolio marketing/advertising copy and editorial pieces required).
