I. Information We Collect
Alvanon.com is owned and operated by Alvanon, Inc. with its principal address located at 145 West 30th Street, Suite 1000, New York, NY USA (also referred to as “We” and “Our”).
We collect two types of information about our Users:
a) Personally Identifiable Information is information that identifies a specific User. We collect information from you when you provide us with additional User Information to download materials, make a transaction, fill out a form, or enter any other information through our Services.
b) Non-Personally Identifiable Information is information that does not identify a specific End User. This type of information may include things like the Uniform Resource Locator (“URL”) of the website you visited before logging on to our Platform, the URL of the website you visit after leaving our Platform, the type of browser you are using and your Internet Protocol (“IP”) address.
II. How We Use the Information We Collect

IV. Third-Party Services

Alvanon prohibits the use of our Services by anyone under 13 years of age pursuant to our Terms and Conditions of Use. We do not knowingly collect or solicit personal information from anyone under the age of 13 or knowingly allow such persons to register for any Alvanon Services. By using and accessing our Services, you consent to the transfer to, and processing of, Personally Identifiable Information on servers located outside of the country where you are located, and that the protection of such information may be different than required under the laws of your location. Notice of Privacy Rights to California Residents: California law requires that we provide you with a summary of your privacy rights under the California Online Privacy Protection Act (the “Act”) and the California Business and Professions Code. As required by the Act, we will provide you with the categories of Personally Identifiable Information that we collect through our Services and the categories of third party persons or entities with whom such Personally Identifiable Information may be shared for direct marketing purposes at your request.
California law requires us to inform you, at your request, (1) the categories of Personally Identifiable Information we collect and what third parties we share that information with; (2) the names and addresses of those third parties; and (3) examples of the products marketed by those companies.
