Jeni Donovan is the newest member of the Alvanon consulting team. Jeni has worked in product development for 25+ years and has led teams of Technical Designers, Color and Fabric Developers, and Quality Specialists. This coupled with experience across lifestyle, workwear, and uniform brands she understands the intricate interplay of fit, construction, manufacturing, and quality. Grounded in a foundation of process and continuity, Jeni integrates innovation to navigate the dynamic product development landscape.

Elizabeth Maginot

Technical Consultant, Blocks & Grading, Alvanon

Elizabeth “Liz” Maginot brings over a decade of experience in Product Development to her role at Alvanon. She combines her in-depth knowledge of 3D software with hands-on industry experience to deliver tailored solutions in fit, sizing, and standardization for clients worldwide. Liz’s expertise in Digital Product Creation, Technical Design, Pattern Making, Fitting, and Grading allows her to connect with clients on a practical level, addressing their unique needs with customized solutions. Her creativity, tact, and passion for helping others drive her success in integrating 3D tools into product development processes.

Mary Johnson

Consultant

Mary has worked most of her 25+ year career in Technical Design. Most recently, she held a role as a business process management professional who thrives in a product development group as a retail project manager. She has collaborated with cross-functional and global teams by implementing innovative process improvement initiatives for apparel product development through change management.
